@99Cruiser Thanks, it looks simple enough. I found a factory part online new for $170. There is no way I would ever pay that.

The weight is iron and rubber. The newer 100 series has on LH frame rail and nuts are welded inside frame. Older models they retrofitted. Some times the nut plate they string into frame, comes loose when weight removed. So you may want to look a TSB on how they string in nuts to attached. Also see the other exhaust parts involved.

That's interesting @abuck99. Everyone 100 series I've have/had, has had the weight and stock exhaust. I've not heard this droning. So this will be interesting to see if it helps.
