Are you wanting to push fuel into your IP? How about a low pressure inline pump coupled to a pressure regulator?
There are universal inline fuel pumps designed to push fuel to the IP on road trucks, many of which are 24v. While the pressure may be too high, you can add an inline regulator to drop the pressure.
Look at NAPA online or another truck store. There used to be a store called "Fleet Supply" on Market street (about 1 mile East of the 15) that had this kind of stuff.
