Sounds like plastic gears grinding when turning the wheel fast...

(on my '03 100) I just started hearing this yesterday when at a stop and turning the wheel semi fast. Almost sounds like when plastic gears grinding somewhat. Did a quick search and didn't come up with anything. I may not have searched long enough idk...Any ideas?

Fill up your power steering fluid? It's under the hood, toward the passenger side cabin I believe. Just stop by any gas station and buy some fluid for like $10 and top it off

Last time I checked under the hood all the fluids looked to be topped off. But yes it sounds as if it's coming from inside the column/dash.
