Sounds like a rock stuck in the tire tread...

but no rock, screw, bolt, etc. is stuck in the in the tread. It can't be heard until around 30-35 MPH and it's steady from then on.

It sounds like it is coming from the right front wheel area and follows the speed of the vehicle. It has that common tap, tap, tap of a stone stuck in the tread, but on object has been found.

I never noticed this until after I had my tires balanced and rotated recently and was riding beside the Cruiser on my motorcycle when I heard the first time.

Any ideas?

Is it when turning or is it just when driving? I don't know I looked at a jeep that had that clicking noise and somethign was fawked with the swaybar, so the owner says

Did they use stick on weghts ? I would check to see if one is hitting on the inside of the rim onto something like a tie rod end
