Sorry, a dumb question about Radiance lights

I’m new to the off road scene and so I’m trying to learn basically everything, trying to do so on my own but this is proving to be hard. Haha. I searched google for an explanation but all I could find are products but with no explanation on what they are.

What ARE radiance lights? Example:

I’m about to finish off adding lighting on my Dodge Charger project and will be moving on to the GX470 next. So far I’m pleased with Rigid’s build quality and light output.

Oh, so if I’m understanding you the center / spot is still white but the surrounding light on the is one of those aforementioned colors? That’s pretty neat.
