1976 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40
Edwin just rebuilt the engine, along with lots of other work. I think the owner works at Roger Beasley Mazda. He's only owned it for a few months.

ahhh... the price seems a bit steep, but for every seller, there's a buyer.
He'd better hope so.
I don't see that 40 bringing $25K, but maybe he'll luck out with a rich ebay buyer.
I'm thinking I seen this truck at Edwin's a month or so back. "Colorado" makes me think so. It is a nice truck, but not 25K, although it is nice, it does have it's flaws that would take it out of THAT price range for me.... I'll give him $50.00 for it LOL!!!!!

yes we did the motor rebuild along with some other things.
the guy is super nice he payed $20k for it with out seeing it (his bad). drove it back home and the next day the motor locked up. he learned the hard way don't buy some some thing with out checking it out 1st. more so when your talking that kind of money.
i really hope he gets 25k for the cruiser along with the other guy asking 65k. as should every one that already owns a 40. this will only bring up the value of the 40's. but on the other hand for the guys wanting them that will hurt there pocket books.
so if you want one hope they don't start going for that kind of cash. if you own one hope for the sell.

i have seen a lot of cruiser go for WAY more then there worth so am sure there is some one out there that will thing that's a hell of a deal. i really hope he does get his asking price or some were close to it. it is a nice stock cruiser.

I feel sorry for that kid but I doubt he'll be able to sell it for anywhere near $20K. He may as well hang on to it and try to enjoy it, now that Edwin has it up to snuff mechanically.
just talked to guy about it he wanted to know what shape it was in over all. after we talked he told me he was going to go and look at it (maybe even buy it). he is a really nice guy wanting a nice cruiser for around 20k. i told him about all the cruiser clubs in Austin so keep your eye's open you might see it at a meeting some were. i will keep ya'll posted.
