Ordered a throttle body adapter from Summit, cut and welded on it a bit to get what i wanted.
I could plumb right to the throttle body or through an intercooler.
I have no idea what boost or temperature to expect from this set up.
Got back to the window frame and now is ruffed in, would like to get this done so i can finish painting and get some glass back in.

Are you going to replace that factory rubber intake pipe with something a bit stronger? I cant see that holding up to boost and hot air very well.

Got lots of room there for a nice water to air intercooler as well.

Really interested to see what this twin charge set up does on the 3B. I drove a twin charge MKI MR2 about 10 years ago and it was impressive.

Not sure if i will even use the turbo, i may get plenty of boost without it.
In which case i think the stock hose would be plenty good enough.
If i do keep both, an air to air intercooler in front of the rad will be used requiring a complete plumbing rework anyways.

Just have to prime the window frame and it will be ready for paint.
The rear door twisted when i modified it last time around so the gap with the quarter was out to lunch.
Had to re cut/weld the door to remove the twist.
Finished capping the end of the rocker panel.

damn...!!!

Those body repair skills are sweeet....!!

Great job !!

crazy body work man. wish i knew how to do half of it.

This is a totally awesome thread. I dig the Toyota on the hatch particularly. I wish I had the metal working skills as well, but we all can't do everything. So, do what you do best, work a little overtime if you can, and use that to pay someone that has the metal working skills.

Inside all painted up and rocker guarded the floor in black.
Now i have to come up with some sort of simple head liner.
