First and foremost - Merry Xmas / Happy Holidays ......

I have decided to put a few $$ into my 2008 --- shocks, slee sliders and front bull bar or ? ...

Question - I have the stock suspension without KDSS ... and recently installed airbags on the rears to help towing the boat.... I was thinking of raising the front and inch or two with shocks - then add some air to the bags to achieve the height I want .... Is this acceptable or should I go another direction ?

Thanks !!!!

I'd beef up the rear as well just for the sake of it and not to have to worry and keep the airbags

Go ahead and replace shocks and springs all around. The extra weight of the bull bar and sliders will add stress to your OEM setup, plus you're wanting the extra ride height in the front. Adjustable coilovers like Radflo and Icon have been discussed in length if you search. You also have OME and Ironman options you'll want to research. Either route will give you better handling and increased height. Air bags should be for towing only.

Good luck on your journey. You'll wish you'd done it sooner.
