Does anyone have the part # for the factory solid rear windows (both sides) and weatherstripping as well as the rear vent piece that goes with it?

Thanks

What year is you truck? I assume its a US 80?

European part numbers

Hi,

These are European part numbers but might help:

Right hand side glass: 62711 60060
Left hand side glass: 62712 60020

The parts catalogue shows both weatherstrips as 62741 60030 but I think they are handed. Logically (!) one of them should be 62742 60030

Best of luck,
Toby

Yeah, there are a number of different part number for the widow and weather striping and those look as right as any.

The vents are actually 2 pieces an inner vent and outer louver.

The louver part numbers are 62905-60010 and 62906-60010

I only have a "general" EPC so I get part number from everything outside the US, UK and Japan so sometimes it's confusing.

RH glass, 62711-60330
LH glass, 62712-60270
Weatherstrip, 62741-60030 x2
RH vent, 62905-60010
LH vent, 62906-60010

Question, Dan is it easy to install both side solid rear windows onto U.S slide rear windows? Or don't bother it.

It is a matter of pulling out the sliding glass assemblies, weather strips and vents and replacing them with the flat glass, strips and vents. It would be no more difficult than doing an R & R of the sliding glass assembly.

Do remember that the sliders are privacy glass and the flat glass is not.

RH glass, 62711-60330
LH glass, 62712-60270
Weatherstrip, 62741-60030 x2
RH vent, 62905-60010
LH vent, 62906-60010

Confirming that the weatherstrips for this swap are the same for the RH and LH, correct? They are not two part numbers like the rest of the swap parts? Thanks for the help.

A blast from the past! Hard to believe this thread is 17 years old.

Yes, the weatherstrip is the same for both sides. That's why the quantity is noted as 2 required.

Thanks for sharing the PN for this swap. @FFFbuff when you do the swap I would love to see the end product.

Thanks. Actually doing it on a Yodateq gullwing swap. In the process of building a cruiser and it just finished paint and the body shop I have doing the work said that they needed the LH. Have both of the ones listed above. Weatherstrip, 62741-60030 x2

Not sure what they are seeing on re-assembly, but I’ll let them know it is the same part.

Thanks for the help.

It's the same part number for the factory fixed glass. That does not mean it would apply to this aftermarket application. You will need to contact the vendor to see how they designed these inserts.

Good call. I’ll reach out and update.

It’s the same part number for anyone looking to do a gullwing swap and wants to use the earlier fixed glass weatherstripping and vents. Shop figured it out today. Thanks for the help.
