After you get a rest, let's hear about how the spring hanger repair went.

John had an issue with what looked like a broken spring hanger on his left front. He finished the ride regardless and never made a bit of fuss about it.

I will say that this man is like John Wayne as much as John McVicker. Not one second of doubt or negative, just go forward atitude and good words to all.

I'm glad to now know you and be your friend. Glad you made it home safe.

Came home to this. Thanks for making my bday one that I will forever keep as All time high

Trout fishing at Owl Creek Pass and Silver Jack Resrvoir. Boys made use of their Colorado switch blades they won at the raffle.

@4Cruisers - da Beer from NM was sublime.

If anyone comes across a set of keys (probably still on a black carabiner) I am missing mine. A couple of Toyota keys, some house/office keys, one Dodge key. I do have an extra ignition key so we will get home but it would be great if they turned up. I first noticed them missing off my belt loop while coming down Imogene yesterday, so they could be anywhere from camp to the trail. Please PM me if anyone finds them.

After going through pictures (why didn't I think to do that sooner :bang:) it seems they are somewhere between the start of Black Bear and the top of Imogene. I have a hunch they might be at the old mining ruins on Imogene as we stopped there and I was under Dave's truck. Anyone going back soon? Know anyone who is?

Need to thank you all for realizing the Cruiser “bug” for my boys on this trip. Trip back to Dallas was ALL Cruiser talk. Can’t wipe the smile of my face. Special thanks to some who shared the experience of various types of cruisers/drive trains on trail rides which really gave them a great perspective on what is out there. They are hooked.

This event made me leave with a smile on my face, I have been running these trails for years but running it with this awesome crew made all the difference! Already planning for next year.

I didn't get many pics, was kinda busy. Did manage a few with my phone on Yankee Boy and Black Bear.

I hope you bought a lottery ticket my friend.

Haha! They don’t sell lotto on the Rez damnit! Thanks again for leading us down and thanks again to @mesa man, Doug, and Bill for helping get that left tire back where it needed to be! Fun time but will def have an e-brake next year!

Just want to again say thanks to @POTATO LAUNCHER for organizing such a fun event and to all the trail leaders for leading the way! I had a ton of fun meeting cool new cruiser folks and cruising my fj40 up and over those passes and am already looking forward to next year! If any of you pass through Chinle/Canyon de Chelly area please look me up I’d love to show you around.

Bit of excitement coming down black bear when my front left tire pushed out some soft dirt and wanted me to take a short cut! Thanks again to Doug, Gabriel, and Bill for helping make sure I was able to get back down safely: much appreciated! Here we are after the excitement.

Awesome time this last week. Even got the chance to tag along with Ryan and Darrell to the Grand Canyon. Now in Scottsdale for a work meeting through Wednesday and then heading home to San Antonio. Having a potential issue with my rear axle and trying to source a used pumpkin here in the Phoenix area. See thread RTH: needing to buy or borrow a 4:10 diff in the Phoenix area
If any of you know of a local MUD member that may have a good used pumpkin please let me know. If so, don't hesitate to text me (723-805-3962) as I'll be in meetings throughout the days between now and Wednesday afternoon. Thanks, Jim
