I am selling one well restored 1997 3x locked 40th anniversary edition and one very rough 1995 FZJ80. The 97 can travel cross country, the 95 needs trailered.
Taking a loss on both and asking $8000.00 Dropped to $7,000.00 Down to $6,000.00
1997
The good:
40th Anniversary with working 3 x lockers
engine with almost 200k burns about 1/4 a quart per 1,000 miles
Interior and exterior in very nice shape
Good tires with plenty of wear left
lots of spare hardware and miscellaneous parts from a local u-pull-it
New blue tooth stereo
all fluids baselined
The bad:
Had some front end damage that was restored by previous owner.
Needs A/C Condensor(current one has a hole)
Leak in exhaust, not sure where
Hood is from white 80 and needs fit better
Front seats need redone, has very nice Cabela's covers
Rear tailgate has a small dent
1995

Has plenty of spare parts
The bad:
Needs a head gasket job
I started the HG and have some of the parts off already (don't have the time to get it done)
Hail damage and undercarriage surface rust
Missing battery and needs new tires
I bought the bad first then found the good one, I was going to rebuild the HG and use it a winter beater. I don't have the time or the space and need to get rid of both as they don't fit my family. I need to move up to a Suburban or Sequoia. HG CD will come with the pair.
