Do you have the air cleaner assembly, metal elbow, air filter housing (all parts upstream of MAF sensor housing) including connection to fender well? Would be shipping to 81657. Thanks

Yes I do. Because of size of assembly with parts sticking out, requires a larger box than expected which cranks up shipping cost.
Air filter assembly is $75. Connection to fender well is not available, otherwise complete. Shipping is estimated at $45 to $55, I will shop for best or better price, unless you have access to a UPS or FEDEX account.
