I am selling my 1975 Fj40
It is in good condition with some new parts. It is mostly complete. This is a fun, driver truck not a frame off restoration. It is a ‘75 so can be registered in California without the hassles of smog etc. yet it has the 2f and four speed transmission. It also has the newer style doors with flip handles etc. It has a soft top and bikini top and as mentioned hard front doors. I purchased it from the previous owner who drove it through high school. He graduated in 1994 and then parked it at his parent’s business warehouse, where he would drive it once in a while for errands etc. but only put about 500 miles on it in all those years. It says 69k on the original clock but I have no idea if it has rolled over.(assume it has,but maybe not) It runs and drives good like a 44 year old truck should. Things I have done

New lights
New exhaust
New jump seat covers
Carb tuned up
Oil change etc
It has a new electronic distributor
Nice center console
4” Old Man Emu springs and shocks
Full roll cage
Stereo/cb radio
New rear tailgate plate
New bumperettes
Trailer hitch
It does surely have rust under the diamond plate on rockers and corners and the rear sil is rusted out but it looks presentable and the frame and tub are for the most part really solid. The fenders were cut at some point and the side steps removed.
