Snorkel for a 2006 Taco (1 Viewer)

Hello fellas....I'm 80 LC owner and my brother just bought a 2006 Taco, he has already added toytech suspension, road armor front bumpers, ARB lockers front and rear, along with a bunch of other stuff...

My question is about snorkel to fit the Taco, it seem nobody makes one, but I guess there should be one that fits the lines and probably some one has retrofitted..

Any information or suggestions will be appreciated....

The Hilux is pretty close to the Tacoma and it is for the 4.0.

I put a Safari snorkel on my 2005 4Runner that was made for a Hilux and it worked really well.








When you do that you have to make some mods so be prepared for that.

Thanks for the links guys. As noted we do offer a modified snorkel kit to fit the 05-12 Tacomas. We've sold and installed literally hundreds of them now and have the process down pretty smooth. It does include the custom template to match your exact fender so its actually a fair bit easier than the original instructions. We've got a handful in stock if anyone is in need

I did my install recently...but I have a 4Runner not a Tacoma. Yeah I should have been more specific and said I wish they had instructions like that for my 4Runner.

Gotcha

Fwiw, the instruction and procedure are nearly identical for the 4th gen 4Runner, our kit has been used on quite a few of those as well.
