Snake Blinders screw Grommet Part Number (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if the screw grommets for the 2 screws for the front of the snake blinders are the same part and part number as the screw grommets for the side front fender vents and side markers? The holes look shaped a little different but not sure why they would make them different. Thanks.

90189-04001 is for the snake blinder. 90162-40006 is for the front fender vents.
