Anyone ever used one before? Its a 300$ 8000k winch. They seem new so Im not sure how they are going to work but I mean for that price you cant beat it if it youre going to use it for 1 or 2 pulls a year.

Hi All:

Never heard of this winch model.

All I can say is "you get what you pay for." :D

To pull 6,000 plus pounds of 80 Series junk out of a stuck I'd want something I could have a bit more faith in! :grinpimp:

Regards,

Alan

Free 1 year warranty on it also. Im thinkin about trying it out im not sure yet though. Smitty Bilt has a pretty good rep when it comes to their metal products. When I talked to a rep from Smitty he said they are working in partner with a major winch manufacturer (im assuming mile marker, warn, or someone like that) and thats how they are coming up with their products. THat winch a snatch block should be fine for whatever I get into.

I do have one of this company's 2 post 10K# shop lifts and its a nice product. When I bought the lift I did look at these and they seemed like they were built good .
I may pick up one of the smaller ones for the daihatsu to mess with and see wha they are all about

Anybody try this Wireless & waterproof 12000 Lbs winch for $549 yet? The only part I am not convince is the solenoid assy. My old warn have 4 solenoid, this one only have 2.
