slight stinkbug with full tank of gas

My rear end is sagging a bit, on the 80 that is. Seems like a full tank of gas makes it worse. Do I need new shocks?
 
Really? Hmmm...shouldn't do that. The springs are what would keep it from sagging.
 
what do you mean by stinkbug?
rear up in the air or rear sagging?
