You can remove it with a large, unsecured steel tookbox sitting on top of a wooden trail box. Make a hard left turn coming off the road to Goose Lake headed into Red River, NM and she'll pop right out onto the pavement. Crash.

You gotta take it apart. :)

Found the thread where the weatherstripping group buy was and it is discussed LX vs LC and if memory serves you have to remove the frame on the LC too but I could be wrong.

Sorry Woodnick best I can do for you at the moment without my FSM.

I have yet to replace the gap in my weatherstrip even though I have the piece sitting there waiting for me to do it. HTH

4 words Woody ...

Window punch ....... crazy glue

:flipoff2:

Just curious.. what are you doing that you need or want to take out the slider windows?

figgered doing this on the kitchen counter would be easier.....but, once the latch was removed, it wasn't that tuff with the window on the truck

That is a sweet decal, any plans to make it public?

Or, as Ron White would say.... pubLIC?

Uz byatch why don't I have one of those to pimp my 80? :crybaby:

damn things are $30 ea...uugh...it's actually a "full window" sticker, done with very small holes so from the outside it looks great, and from the inside you can barely see it....

I pulled the latch, left the window 1/2 slid open, and with one of their funky "squeegies" and a lot of patience, got lucky and got 'em centered/installed right the first time.

The sticker shop was pretty sure i'd screw it up, and are planning to make me another on monday to fix my first attempt....lol....but my mad stickah skills prevailed....

Trim 'er out with a razor, and it's done....took about 20 mins each to do....

NO plans to make these a sale item, they really are too much of a PITA and expense to install, but I AM planning to do white outline stickers of some of the rig images....
