Here are a few pictures of my new sliders. Matt (bhmmapping) built them for me and they are sweet. We just installed them last night, so the pictures might be a little rough.

More pictures to follow.

I'll let Matt chime-in if there are any technical questions about the sliders.

Price?

Looks great, and having sliders is SO nice, especially the first time they get smacked and you smile knowing they just paid for themselves.

very nice.............

Thanks for all the replies.

Let's just say buddy deal with a continuous supply of homebrew.

Ask what he would charge to make another set. With the few people making these commercially, there certainly isn't an overabundance of options.

Those do look awesome i'm sure he could sell alot of them. Bumpit offroad is backordered so i ended up buying slee's for mine great quality but $1,000 is pricey

The problem with this design is that the wrap around mounts have no room for error, I'm not sure how I would build them without access to the truck for a few hours at least.

To get these to line up perfectly I slid the mounts onto the truck, marked the angle of the cut line on the outriggers, took them back off, cut them, slid them back on, tacked on the sliders, took the whole slider off and welded them up. Even after that we still had to elongate the holes for the cat bracket to get them to thread in easily.

They are fun to build but take a lot more work than you would think with the weird angle of the frame and the exhaust routing. I think that is why there are so few options out there. I would probably build another set for a local club member to see if it would be easier the second time around.

I totally agree with that last paragraph! I'm almost done with my slider project and although they look simple, there's a TON of work involved to make things fit right. But then again, if you want the truck to look good and perform just as well, then that extra time is worth it. Nice job, pretty similar to mine.

It's refreshing to see another set of sliders that are not angled upward.

I am in Columbus, GA and would love to bring my truck to you in order to build another pair of sliders.

That doesn't surprise me, Mike builds an excellent product for a very reasonable price. For those that don't need immediate delivery, they'd be worth the wait, especially considering the savings. I'm happy with my set of Bump it sliders.
