Hello anyone have experience with slee's Resivor shocks compared to the old man emu shocks that are put out by ARB??? Stability or articulation any thoughts? Getting ready to get some new suspension parts

A better comparison would be Radflo 2.5 w/ reservoirs vs Slee's new shocks.

The OMEs are very basic shock design that is stiffer than factory for better performance offroad.

When I researched my recent build, I seriously considered both the Radflow and the Slee reservoir shocks and ended up going with the OME for 2 basic reasons:
1. I don't have the time or the inclination to tune either type of reservoir shock. I have had tuneable shocks on other track cars and quite honestly they were a PITA. I found I'd play with then a little bit then just leave them on one setting and just drive the car.
2. I really don't want the expense and hassle of rebuilding them every 2-3 years. I decided that when the OME shocks wear out there will be some new tye of shock I can use then- cheap and quick.

The way I looked at it was that if I were really going seriously off-road, I probably would have reservoir shocks, but they wouldn't be in a 100 series cruiser.

They certainly look great though, especiallywhen paired with shiny new upper control arms.

Just my 2 cents

Ha. So true. 90% of the lifted, waxed, spotless trucks here in Ventura county have some spiffy Fox or other reservoir shocks. If any of these guys so much as drive on a lawn I would be surprised.

That being said, daddy like...

Do you have the new Slee's on your 100?

I do and like them a lot. Let me know if you have any questions.

I previously ran OME but switched when they started going out. Excellent ride on road but felt the biggest improvement offroad.

I pulled OME off to put on RadFlo's. Much better ride and I am very pleased, but I have not tried Slee's yet. Knowing how meticulous Christo is about products he sells, I am confident the new shock will be very good.
