C clamp definitely works, but if you have access to a vice it is even easier. I put a light coat of silicone lube in the steel sleeve and pop them right in. Could probably do it bare handed, but why? JohnYou don't need to do either. When I ditched the Radflo's and went to the L Shocks, I had to press the bushings in. I did it by hand. I think I actually used a big C clamp and some washers. It wasn't too hard. A $5 big C clamp from Lowe's, a washer as big as the bushing, and press it in. If you have real man hands, you probably don't even need the C Clamp.
For shock removal, use a strap wrench to hold the shock body and a 19mm ratcheting wrench to loosen the top nut. No need to cut your floor.

Search radflo on the 100 section and you will find some varying opinions on them. Why did you ditch the radflo's? I was thinking of picking up some 2.5" with remote res.
Lick the bushing, pop it into place with your hands. .
