Actually I put in just an example fox shock. Sorry and disregard the lift portion. Stock height with stock springs.
 
Is your truck staying stock in the near future? The Fox IFP 0-2” lift shocks are decent entry level off road performance shocks for the price. But there’s nothing magic happening over just replacing your tired old worn shocks with new ones especially if your truck doesn’t leave the pavement often.
 
Mostly just camping. Pictures below. Pretty much 5-9mph max as the trails are pretty jarring if you go faster.

Stick with OEM if still available.
 
Did you air down your tires at all? That makes a huge difference on roads like the ones you posted above. Try between 15-18 psi.
 
Yes. OEM shocks are almost exactly as long as the Old Man Emu 2.5" lift kit shocks. Which is why I went OEM. There are multiple threads of the short life span of Old Man Emu shocks.
