Long story short I have a 90 FJ62 with 123k that been giving me grief since the day I grabbed her from literally behind a barn. No worries and 6 years later I still like her and is very patience. Back in 2013 or 5k miles ago I put on some rockauto monroe shocks. Doing a oil change and notice that the bushings were all split and no good. Don't see too much road more like a second vehicle and even dump runner. New England winters can a brutal too. Is there a universal bushing kit to replace these. Hate to change working absorbers out just cause of this issue. Thanks

When you put them on don’t over tighten them. You want to tighten the bushings just so they start to squish down. Any more than that and it’s too much. I’ve had good luck with doing it that way - I don’t use a torque wrench anymore
