Shaky side mirrors (1 Viewer)

Yes I've searched and clicked on the link but it takes me to another post about jerking and something that has nothing to do with what I'm looking for. What is the shaky side mirror fix?

Does that picture have anything to do with what you are looking for?? I've read where people use zip ties, rebuild the back with JB weld, and some use 3m tape to hold it in place. Either way dont tighten the bottom screw too much and try the search function again.
