The fat tabs with a hole through them for the shackle, that bolt or weld to the bumper (ARB in this case) or the frame rails.

I see. Well, bolt-on to the frame? Weld to a bumper? Just for 3/4” metal D-ring style shackles? Compatible with soft shackles? You know, that kind of info. Anyways, good luck.

Cut a rectangular hole in the bumper. Slide clevis bar through so it can bolt to frame, then weld to bumper.

Yep, I really don't really care that much I guess.
These are pretty easy to find from any of the sites that cater to fabrication bits and pieces (don't just look on Cruiser oriented sites). Stuff like the one posted right above. Bolting or welding to an ARB is problematic. They really don't have anywhere heavy enough to stand up to a hard yank without risk of deformation. Frame mount is the way to go.

A receiver hitch shackle mount is another option. They are available for hard and soft shackles.
I used a pair of these on my old 91 on the front of the ARB. I had 3/16 plate behind the face of the ARB on either side of the frame rails that it bolted through.
