SFWDA Summer Convention

The 2011 Summer Convention will be held at Hawk Pride Mountan Off Road in Tuscumbia, AL. Hawk Pride Mountain Off Road | 1500 Acres of Off Road Fun The convention will be hosted by the Rocket City Rock Crawlers 4wd Club and will include breakfast prior to the meeting. The meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday 6/11/2011 with trail rides to follow.

Hawk Pride has a 200 acre area specifically for tent campers! Plots are cleared in the woods. There are 12 concrete, level pads for campers and trailers. No power as of now but generators are welcome!
The parking area is easily accessed and borders the campgrounds!
New 8 bathroom complex with private showers.
There are motels within 5 miles of the park

The park will be open Thursday afternoon and there will be guided trail rides on Friday and Saturday

I was thinking a little later in the year when it is cooler, we have been discussing a Cove ride for July, it's usually about 10 degrees cooler up there.
