Hi all. Nice to be posting on a forum with experts and those in the Land Cruiser know.

I don't really want to sell, I just don't drive enough to justify keeping it any longer. And coming up with a price/value has been an also been a hard decision to make - I know the value is all over the board right now, but I also know that vehicles like these in great shape are getting harder to come by.

Sorry if I include too much detail, I just want to be honest about what I know. I'm the third owner, purchased in 2009 with 185,000 from a family in Sacramento, and we kept garaged at a mountain house in Southern California at Lake Arrowhead to use for ski trips to Big Bear. We only drove approx. 2600 miles per year going from La Quinta to Lake Arrowhead, and to the ski resort on weekends.

Currently at 225,000 miles and in great condition considering its age. Plus, has been pretty much pampered for the past 15 years, and always stored in a garage when not in use. I never took it off road or four-wheeling (no judgement please, lol), however I don't know the usage of the previous family but based on the condition I'm guessing they didn't do much off roading either. People have told me it looks like it came out of a time capsule, which I'm proud of. I take care of all my vehicles because I appreciate them, and their value to me and others who will get to love them as much as I do.

We currently live in the Bay Area so moved the truck up here from Lake Arrowhead, but never really drive it anymore. I have a 2006 Land Cruiser that has become more my daily driver I decided to keep instead and sell this one. It was also a tough choice to make.

Pros:
- Well taken care of, maintenance done when required or needed. I believe I have all maintenance records from 2009 and some prior from previous owner.
- Old Man Emu suspension upgrade (coils and shocks). Original factory suspension is included if you want it
- A/C works great, ice cold. Recently tested and recharged
- No rust, has been a California car most of its life (from 2001 and 65,000 miles to current)
- Paint and exterior in excellent condition. Fenders and front and rear bumpers were recently repainted factory color due to fading, but were not damaged.
- Interior is in great condition, front leather seat covers have been replaced. Rear seats and third row in really good shape showing only a slight sign of its age
- Headliner and carpet in great condition
- Kenwood double-din Stereo with backup camera (I have original Toyota factory stereo if you'd like to replace it)
- No Shaky mirrors. Etsy upgrades already done
- Floppy passenger sun visor fixed
- No maintenance issues, everything works and operates as expected (except for antenna - see below). Mechanically sound and reliable. Regular oil and fluid changes as needed. I'd wouldn't hesitate to hop in and drive across country (if I wanted to spend a lot on gas!)
- Comes with original Toyota factory 16" wheels mounted with studded snow tires from previous owner. I never mounted them, never had a need for the studded snow tires
- Power seat gears have been replace on both driver and passenger. Both work, no issues.
- I'm sure there are several other things I'm missing including required or common maintenance items - feel free to ask

Cons:
- Has not been driven much in the past two years, but engine was started regularly when not driven and fluids are fresh. Starts up on first turn every time
- Tires tread is greater than 80%, no cracks or leaks but they are dated 2011 so should be addressed (will consider buyer credit)
- Driver side running board has a dent
- It does not have the 3-way lockers which I never saw as a "con' but I know some people do
- Tailgate and right rear quarter panel were partially repainted due to a minor parking lot mishap from previous owner. (they backed into a steel pole, broke the taillight and slightly dented the tailgate. I purchased it as it was, very minor, but chose to have it fixed. have before and after photos
- Do not have the original factory floor mats in the front and middle row, but have the original factory rear mat in third row. In really good condition
- Chrome wheels in pretty good shape, but starting to show some minor pitting
- Radio antenna switch not working, so antenna is currently lowered to about 2-3". Not sure if it is switch or motor, I usually just use BT or XM Radio, but I know these can be a common issue.
- Drive position lightbulb in the dash is out. I keep meaning to replace it. All others working. You know you are in drive when there are no lights on, so it worked for me as is.
- there may be other cons that I am not thinking of - feel free to ask

Other Details:
- 225,000 miles. 40,000 driven by me over the past 15 years, mostly highway or mountain roads in Southern Cal or up to Northern Cal
- Comes with weatherproof cover, although it was never used since always stored in a garage. Was mostly to keep dust off.
- Comes with original Toyota factory wheels with studded snow tires
- CA smog current. Has never had an issue passing
- Mostly all stock other than chrome 18" wheels, stereo and suspension upgrades. Have all original stock parts
- Have the current Carfax I can send if interested. I tried to upload it but can only do 5 images

Asking $25,000 or best serious offer. I don't need to sell, and hopeful this is a fair asking price based on its condition and ownership. I may post on Craigslist, but I am especially reluctant to list on BAT knowing it could get possibly get more (or less of course, you never know), but also didn't want someone who was just buying to flip it or didn't know much about these great classics. I would love to see it go to a family who loves it as much as we do.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, happy to discuss and provide whatever I have for more info. I have plenty of photos and videos but it doesn't appear I can post more than 5 images. I can try to link a Dropbox folder if that is an option.
Thanks all :).
