Every time I reproduced a new and exciting original OEM period correct plate based on a visual photo or live in-hand original , I also ran 3 unique Patina-marine-grade alloy infused high-polish bright work brass …

However period correct , simply a novelty , I would always take 1 of the 3 and surprise a special fellow mud member who both deserved it and also had that particular model
Land Cruiser model also …

I guess I never found that special HJ45 owner operator special fellow member , as this was the very last 3pc golden plates run I ever was able to do before the onset of of COVID-19 , that sadly took the life of the older fellow that owned the engraving shop
I worked at part time 2 nights a week , and also stayed late into the morning making all the weeks orders etc …

So that’s the WHY behind the Golden Data plates story and the one below too
…

Below is my 1965 fj45 vin plate and as you can see it is in need to be reproduced. Do you know of anyone in this universe that is doing this kind of work, if so please refer there name to me as i am desperate to say the least.

i NO longer do any engraving

you will have to take it to your local trophy gift shop

they can do the frame # and all the details specific to your truck
