Set of OEM wheels w/ hubcaps (1 Viewer)

A buddy of mine would sell me his original '78 hubcaps, wheels, with new factory sized tires.
While I don't want the tires, I may run tall skinnies in the future, or use the centers and have the rims widened and put on DIY locks.
How much would you pay for a set? (look new) Also considering they would not be immediatly used, but more to have when I decide to get them widened.

Disc brake wheels $25 or more each
Hubs $50 set or so if clean they re still reasonbly priced from Toyota

I think I'll offer him $100 for the whole deal.
Maybe someone will want 5 perfectly good stock sized tires for, lets say $50.
