The amber DRL bulb blew out and I am looking to replace with an LED. The DRL doubles as a turn signal. I read in the reviews for the Sylvania LED bulb that LEDs dont function well as blinkers. Any truth to this? The bulb number is 4157.

You will get hyper flash when you switch turn signal light to LED. You can resolved the hyper flash problem by using resistor or getting a LED with builtin resistor.
