Sequoia owners: rear window question

I have a 2008 (2nd gen) Sequoia.

The rear hatch window opens ok, but when rolling back up, it screeches like crazy.

If I roll it about halfway down, there is a lot of play. Is that normal? It’s pretty loose and u can wiggle it back and forth.

I found this thread. I’m assuming I’m going to have to replace the window regulator.

Screechy noises like that are usually the result of dried out weatherstripping rubbing on the glass like nails on chalkboards. Currently have that problem with my Seq's front driver's door - about to replace the weaatherstripping there and it should work fine after that.
