You are going to be banned from our future rides. Cullowhee we had that nasty storm, OBX got very nasty last year, Virginia we had tons of rain, and now this weekend.

Or, we could set up a ride and have you go by yourself, then we'll all go the following weekend.;p;):flipoff2:

:D:ban: That is what I'm saying....This trail cleanup and this years OBX is the only ride I made it to that didn't rain....well minus Brown Mt. but even then we got a few drops on our way up.

Tried tightening my belt tensioner but even with some pentrant and and air tool couldn't get it to budge. You'll here me comming from a mile away if it gets wet.

Wait it might be Joe, he was at all the aforementioned trips as well as the last Uwharrie trip where we got rain that you weren't at. :grinpimp:

Seeing as I forgot to air and dry my wet tent from the last time I used it I am considering trying the sleep in the rear of my truck with Andrea this time. What is the best way to do it?? I'll be bringing an air mattress. Should I take the 2nd row of seats out and put something in the hole or leave them in and fold them up??? How does everyone else do it?

Leaving Durham shortly. About 3 hours later than planned/hoped. See you soon.

Al, remove both rear seats, store some stuff in the 2nd row footwell and you have a nice level surface. A queen bed won't fit between the wheelwells, if you have a sheet of plywood cut it to size. Otherwise 2 good sleeping mats on the floor will work fine.

Exactly what I was thinking of doing.... Thanks Joe

Al, in your case you will also need to remove the front passenger seat.

See yall in the AM

Greg et al, I will in all likelihood miss the caravan from the Raleigh area. If you see me, shout; if not, I'll catch you guys at the campground or on the trails.

Got the middle seats out and I seem to fit... barely :grinpimp:

I'll give it a go tomorrow night and see how it goes.

I also managed to get everything attached to the front axle and all the front suspension reinstalled.... in the middle of the great flood.... I am cold and wet and need a

If ur giving it away...then you can bring it for me :grinpimp:.

well not going to just give it away, but I'd be willing to make you a pretty good deal. ;)

Also, I am coming solo tomorrow. so if anyone wants to go and just ride, I'll have an open copilots seat.

Hi Greg, unless I oversleep, I am in for the caravan. Where and when? If I don't see a post in a few, I will shoot for the Lake Mart 64/Fearrington at 7:00 am, I will call your mobile when I get close. Also I will have the CB on channel 7.

I will be driving my daughters 80 grey/black liner.

Greg sent me a message that he plans to meet Joe and Chris (from Fred Anderson) at the Bojangles on Hwy 64 @ 7:15. I'm planning on trying to meet up with them there also...

Roger that Jerry. I will either be there or look for you guys rolling near Jordan lake and pick you up. Thanks for the update.

Shall we meet at the trailhead Sunday, say around 9:00???
