Please come to the club meeting at Rudy's Bar-B-Q, 315 S 31st St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
Show up at 6:00 to eat dinner and socialize. We meet in the North West corner of the patio.
Meeting starts at 7:00. Buying food or drink is not required, just show up to socialize if you wish.

OFFICER REPORTS

  • Treasurer: Finances unchanged, except a $40 donation was received during the meeting

OLD BUSINESS

  • Williams and Hancock trail ride was superb
  • Treasurer to resend email re: new t-shirt order
  • Motion seconded, unanimous vote in favor of club Officers reviewing and revising the bylaws; the draft will be emailed to all members for a vote to approve or reject.

NEW BUSINESS

  • 9/20 club trail ride to Red Cone. Post up if attending.
  • Serious discussion and elaboration will begin at the October club meeting (time and date TBA) re: building the 2026 trail ride schedule.
    • @LCPilot to include language in the official post encouraging all members and interested parties to attend the meeting and include their voice in the decision making process
    • All members and interested parties are encouraged to get the ball rolling in the 2026 Trail Ride Planning thread. Please post opinions, difficulty details, distance from home, other good trails not already listed, opinions about posted trails that ought not to be considered, and so on.
  • A motion was made, seconded, and voted unanimously in favor of purchasing club-level memberships in CORE ($250), Blue Ribbon Coalition ($200), and Colorado 4 Wheel Drive Association ($50).
  • At the 2025 Christmas party, a hat will be passed to collect fully-voluntary donations to offset these expenses.
Meeting adjourned at 8:01pm.

A motion was made, seconded, and voted unanimously in favor of purchasing club-level memberships in CORE ($250), Blue Ribbon Coalition ($200), and (one other I will need to be reminded the name of) ($50).
This is the Colorado 4 Wheel Drive Association I believe.
