Colorado Land Cruisers Monthly Meeting March 11 2025

Please come to the club meeting at Rudy's Bar-B-Q, 315 S 31st St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
Show up at 6:00 to eat dinner and socialize. We meet in the North West corner of the patio.
Meeting starts at 7:00. Buying food or drink is not required, just show up to socialize if you wish.

Recap of Feb Mtg: established new agenda (officer reports, old bus., new bus.)

Officer Reports

• VP: banner cost $46-92 w/grommets
• Treasurer:
  • Reported current balances
  • coloradolandcruisers.org purchased for $7.50
  • Looking into fresh site build, abandoning the old
  • Youtube page established
  • Admin email tested and working

Old Business

1. ColoYota Expo booth - share w/Randy @ Precision Land Cruisers or get one in the club zone - May 17
2. Banner purchase: vote passed for LCPilot to make a purchase up to $100
3. Metberry recap - 7 rigs, 4 hours around the fire pit, Tim's Pivot
4. Cripple Creek recap - ran Phantom to Shelf and found it slightly disappointing - ice carvings and street vendors were excellent - Penrose Commons has good trails
5. Texting list first needs the member list to be straightened out. Treasurer will bring to next meeting for "historians" to review
6. Document repository - looking to build into new website, but may resort to a google account

New Business

1. Targeting one hour meeting duration
2. New members:
   1. hold a membership drive with trail ride and free cookout
   2. advertise at ColoYota
   3. Fliers at dealerships, Red Line, etc.
   4. LCPilot knows someone who does custom shirts
3. T-gap lot appears to be public - TK470 to confirm
4. Will have a mud vote on logos
5. COS80 to follow up w/Black95 re: old photos. Could be used in a slide show ant the Christmas party, website content, etc.
6. Next trip: Sunday, Mar 16, Seep Springs area. Post up if attending.
7. Cruisin for a Bruisin - new venue for August?
