In my quest to drive over or through anything I possibly can it has resulted in my 85 FJ60 ending up on a built dana 60 front with 35 spline chromo inner and outers, full hydro steering, 14 bolt rear, and a 115" wheelbase on 42's. It has also netted me several broken axle shafts in the past, stripped 30 spline long, and a broken detroit and a split in half 3 speed transfer case.

I wheel the truck harder than certain parts in the drive line can handle.

What does this mean?

I need to sell what I got now while it is all in perfect working order and sacrifice my amazing gearing for ultimate strength so that I can "upgrade".

The SM420 with a 7.2:1 first gear will bolt right in if you have a 3 speed bellhousing, the Marlin Crawler Toybox has the 2.28:1 low range gears in it and works perfectly, it currently has a twin sticked 78 4 speed case (the strongest case with that bolt pattern / input design) wrapped with Mark's case saver and nose cone saver and filled with the slightly lower 2.31:1 low rage gear set. I can probably even go ahead and include the custom transmission cross member as I am going to have to make a new one anyway for the new driveline.

I love the set up and have considered using it in my other truck, but in order to keep the crawler going I am thinking I need to sell in order to re-gear the axles down to 5.38 and swap in my 465/205 for the strength.

With my current 4.56 gears and this sm420 with toybox doubler and cruiser rear case when everything is put into low it comes out to 172.92:1 !!! Perfect for when trying to avoid body damage, or needing the ability to move slow to keep from rolling on an unsteady or questionable climb, even works great when you want to keep moving and everyone else is lolly gagging around.

I don't 100% know what it is all worth, but I have an idea. I am open to trades and could use a few odds and ends too.
I have a worn out 2F in the crawler and in my other 60 a very worn out 2F that runs on 5 cylinders, re-gearing my GM60 and 14Bolt to 5.38, could use some stuff for my 350 on the stand such as heads, engine accessories and brackets, SM465 to NP203 adapter, and NP203 to NP205 adapter, np205 twin stick set.

I can be reached on here, facebook, email and phone by calling or text is also fine by me. I live in east fort worth 6 miles south of HEB area, I drive all over DFW and would be willing to meet and possibly deliver if needed to a buyer,
(open to traveling to meet / deliver for the right deal). Combo will stay in the truck till it is sold or has a confirmed buyer.

Could use some 5.38 Gears for a 4.56 and numerically higher carrier on GM low pinion Dana 60 as well as the same for the GM full floating 10.5" ring gear 14 bolt and a master install kit for the 14 as well.

I bought my 5.38's and another donor engine and the right bellhousing for my swap. I want to sell this setup and hopefully recoup some of my cash back.

I would be willing to sell everything from the 3 speed bellhousing back to the 4 speed transfer case. I would honestly prefer to keep the 3 speed bellhousing still tho...

$900 for the trans back
$1050 for the bellhousing back

It is still in the truck and works perfect.
