Security questions

I want to know what security options a 1994 land cruiser had from the factory and whether keyless remote entry was an option.

My 94 has the below items.
Picture #1 shows the drivers window stickers stating "This vehicle is protected by the: Toyota vehicle security system". It also has a protected by Silencer Security Systems sticker.

Picture #2 shows the dash with the "Toyota Security" insert.

Picture #3 is the under dash Silencer security computer.

Picture #4 is the Silencer security computer removed - supposedly the vehicle cannot be started when this is removed but I have not tested this yet.

Questions:
Was there a factory keyless entry fob for this vehicle when manufactured? If so can I get one from the Toyota dealer?
Does the vehicle have an audible security system from Toyota?
Assuming the answer is no to both these questions then does anyone know how difficult it is to install an aftermarket keyless entry system?

The "sliencer" is an aftermarket security unit.

yes you can buy a fob from the dealer - its the standard "2 peanut" fob that came on most of the older Toyotas.

details on the alarm in the link, yes it is easy to add a piggyback alarm to your vehicle. Use a experienced installer if you do and dont let just anybody hack into your existing wiring. I see SO many issues with poor wiring from stereos and alarms!

I had the RS3000 in my old LX450, ditched it (non-operational) & had buddy install a Viper/Clifford with the paging remote if your alarm is tripped (1 mile range) - all he had to do to the harness with the RS3000 box out from under seat was hook up a jumper wire with a diode in it.

YMMV with that other silencer in it, I'd remove it 1 wire at a time (or number the taps where plugged into harness) - and start the LC after each wire is pulled, just to make sure you don't end up with a dead 80 due to hidden wires or broken connections that shouldn't be that way.
