Imported in 2017 - Previous owner bought this from a Seattle importer in 2017

2021 Torfab work perfomed:

- Replaced the Clutch
- New front break rotors & calipers
- A/C 134A retrofit & recharge
- New upper & lower radiator hose
- Timing belt
- Front & rear pinion seals
- New fender flare gaskets

2023 I purchased the 73

Torfab work in 2024:
-
New clutch slave & master
- New steering pump & low pressure hoses
- New valve cover gasket
- Vacuum solenoids serviced (4wd high wasn't engaging - issue fixed)

Current issues I am aware of:
- Very slow weep on high pressure steering line - just haven't gotten to getting it replaced. rarely need to top off reservoir.
- Window seals on the FRP top are showing age but no leaks. I have all the replacement oem rubber
- Wear starting on the common drivers-side edge of the seat. I use seat covers to protect it.
- Clear coat is starting to fail on the hood in a few spots, getting foggy etc. Paint is still in good shape. Clear coat in all other areas holding up well. Pictures coming.
- Front right running light is out. 2 bulbs on order.
- I found there is rust starting to form on the body just below the doorways towards the back. It is not concerning but definitely should be dealt with before it becomes a bigger problem. Photos on the google drive.
- Inside the cabin, at the 2 rear corners are 2 spots that the previous owner showed me when I bought it. They had installed an antenna on the back door, causing rain to seep into the rear cabin. It only corroded the 2 back corners and it was treated with a rust encapsulation product. Its not pretty but it has not spread or changed since I bought it. The antenna was removed and the rear has been kept bone dry since I've owned it. I have had the rear carpet & rear panels/cards completely pulled out and everything else is extremely clean with stock paint and looks like new.

*the odometer failed when in Japan in 2016 @ 168,076 KM and was replaced. It is documented on a japanese export sheet I have with the mileage when it was replaced. The current odo is @ around 98,000 KM for a combined total of 267,000 KM or 166,000 Miles

It has been daily driven off & on by me. I live in a small town so very few miles on average. I haven't taken it off-road much but enough to know how capable it is. Mostly mud / snow trails. The only crawling it saw with me was to get through the "entry" to an offroad park. I'm not sure it had ever been offroad before I picked it up. Very clean interior. Drives incredibly well. Steers straight and no bump steer (not a fun problem to chase down). It really is a pleasure to drive and have no hesitation to take this thing anywhere.

I'll work on getting interior photos together. I will likely make a google drive for easier access.

Asking 30k obo

Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!

Sweet truck. GLWS!

Price updated & got a google drive started.

Google drive link

*I added some more exterior photos and some shots underneath. I should have interior pictures added by tomorrow.

*Update*

A start-up video plus many photos of the interior, underneath/frame, & issue areas were all added to sub-folders on the google drive.

I treated the frame with a linseed oil based protectant / rust inhibitor. Separate folders with pictures from before & after the coating. No paint was used, just black pigmented oil for protection.

Body Rust: The 2 areas with rust are noted below. Photos are included in the "issues / rust" sub-folder of the google drive. I have not found any other notable rust on the body and I have searched extensively front to back. (Tiny rock chips, etc are not being included in this)

Google Drive Link - Please let me know if sub-folders aren't showing up

If anyone wants more pictures, video, or information please contact me.

Start up & idle:

Cheers

Sweet truck boss!

Kind of a long shot but would you be interested in trading for a stock Evo 8? If not, car will be going on sale soon so I might hit you up if your truck is still for sale.

Is there a date you're looking to sell the truck by?
