My post is about a small shock absorber used to mount metal air cleaner housing assembly for the most of old school Toyota Land Cruiser family. Also it can be very useful to mount radiators, intercoolers, other heat exchangers and equipment on Toyota, Nissan and other vehicles. Toyota even doesn't have a part number for this thing. Nissan has some, however not exact match.
I am thinking if it make sense to order them from manufacturer, but have to get some kind of market analyses first. It is going to cost me about $500 to set up tooling and manufacturing process. So, I am looking for to receive a feedback if anybody would be interested in buying it and for how much.
Please let me know your opinion.

Can you explain where it goes?
It looks more like a radiator support rod bushing for later 1970s Cruisers.

Yep, never seen those on any old Landcruiser. Appears to be either the radiator support bushing, or the bushings for the throttle linkage on latter 40’s and 60’s.

The 2F air cleaner grommets have aetal clamshell that holds them over either side of the air cleaner mounting tabs.

I am JDM guy, not sure about other markets. Also, i am for diesel ones. Not sure about 25s, I have not saw them a lot, but 40s definitely have them, maybe not all, not everywhere. All 70-s and 80-s have them. JDM diesel Prado-s have them too.

Yes, you right radiator support in many toyotas and Nissans like Safari/Patrol, Crown and dozens of other models. Also can be used for many OEM and non-OEM intercoolers.

If that is the case, you might want to take a look at the firewall bracket grommets offered at vintageteq.com before you reinvent the wheel.

Thank you for advise. Not worth to look in. Very limited assortment and ridiculously elevated prices. I source parts directly from overseas vendors and pay no sales tax.

I sourced identical ones from the dealer for like $7. I can’t remember right now what Toyota vehicle they were from. I’ll try and dig up my invoice from last year, so others can source them.
