When I was cleaning up the interior of my new 07, I moved the drivers seat all the way forward, it POPPED and this protruded from the track after I returned it to driving position! Fix?????

Take the seat out and see what broke free? Maybe you can bolt, glue, braze, wire, zip tie, etc etc wherever it broke free. I had my drivers seat out recently to figure out why the seatbelt anchor was loose (was a broken plastic "star washer") but i don't recall checking out the seat rails, sorry.

I've got two of those sticking out behind my driver's seat lol. If you guys figure out how to shove them back in properly, please post pics. Someone stepped on one of them and it broke off about 2 inches.

Mine do that regularly -both driver and passenger tracks. Just run your seat forward and push it back in place. When the seat is far forward, these strips take a little less effort to slide back into their intended location. You may still have to apply some pressure to move them. You may even need something more solid than your hand to help slide them forward. Then, when running your seat back to where you want it, use something like your key to hold it in place. I just use the flat metal blade of the key and apply pressure to keep it from following the seat back. I do this from the second row and reach up through the inside B pillar to operate the seat switch. It is irritating that they don't remain in place. After you run the seat forward, you can see where they are supposed to line up in the track. I've given up trying to keep them from doing that. I just use it as my indicator that my wife has been driving my LC.
