seat swap out 76 fj40

Im fairly ignorant. What are some other front seat and bench seat rear options that i may consider putting in for my stock seats. I will probaly keep the stock but wanting to know what may be an easy swap to have adustable seats , that are a little more comfortable.
As I get older I like roughing it less. thanks,
