Seat replacement. BMW 7 seats in LC200

I know this is in a different country, but in the video they replace original LC200 seats with super comfortable 7-Series BMW seats. I contacted them, but no one replied (not surprised)
I am contemplating to do the same one day, but still collecting the information.
Anyone have any ideas how to it? Starting from scratch.
I will keep this post updated as go through the project.

I'm a native speaker, so a couple of things you might find useful:

1) The seats are out of a G-wagen, not a 7-series.

2) He mentions the seat rails are custom-made

3) Only the drivers side seat retains full functionality of the seat

Unfortunately he went into very little detail about how this was actually accomplished.

They appear to sell the custom seat rails on their site, but again very little information is provided

In Russia the TLC is very much a mafioso or businessman-with-mafia-ties type of vehicle. Doubt they have much trouble sourcing Mercedes parts.

That’s a stretch and a half. Plenty of perfectly normal people (like my own father in law) love and own the TLC. There’s a reason all door jab, under hood, etc. stickers include verbiage in Russian - it’s a huge market (and mafioso types certainly don’t make up all of it).

The seats are from BMW G series (2015-UP) .
I contacted them over WhatsApp, doubt they will help. Nothing ships to/from Russia. Easier to order stuff from North Korea then from Russia these days

You're right. I was confusing that with the G-Class. You'd think the G-Class seats would be a better fit for the LC, though...

I think ICON 4x4 showed that they did BMW 7 series front seat installs into Joe Rogan’s 80 series in their YouTube video. He said they were the most comfortable seats he’s used.

MBS makes seat upgrades out of russia. You use your OEM seats and add parts and new leather covers. I’ve been trying to get a set for a reasonable price. I’ve gotten them down to about 6k for a set of front seats. They don’t seem interested in offering a group buy discount.

Their seats add massage and adjustable popliteal support. It maintains the seats heaters vents and power controls.
