My airbag light came on inexplicably last week. I had my local Toyota do a diagnostic this morning. They said the driver's side belt and assembly needs to be replaced. Part # 7322060322-BO (grey) or 7322060322-AO (ivory/tan).

Unfortunately they can't find a tan belt anywhere - said it has been discontinued. They want $405 to install a grey one (including the $95 diagnostic fee).

I called a Toyota dealer in Atlanta that had a tan belt/assembly for sale on their website. Unfortunately they also said they didn't have it in stock. I also called a couple of nearby Lexus dealerships. No luck

I'd really like to purchase the part and have it installed by a dealer in case something bad ever happened (tensioner failed and airbag didn't deploy). I'm willing to work on my own junk but if the seatbelt fails at least my wife could sue the dealer after I'm dead.

Do any of you know of a dealer where I might be able to source a new tan belt?

"Beno" in Georgia should be able to hook you up with the correct part.

What year is your cruiser?
I had something similar happen with my 1998 LC.

I am not longer at Lowe Toyota. I am now in the metro ATL area. My new contact information is in my signature.

Apologies: I edited my post to remove the misinformation about Beno's location.

In any case, if the part is available, beno will be able to find it for you.
Hope this works out.

Just curious, did replacing the seatbelt clear the airbag light?

Have yours rebuilt with new pretensioner. There are several well respected companies doing so including ones on Ebay.

I've had seat belts repaired before after accidents, don't remember who I used at the time. Lots of companies are doing it.
