Scrapping as much wiring as I can!

Finally have my cummins 4bt turbo diesel conversion nearly finished but most importantly driving! The 4bt needs 12V to run. I have the gauges hooked up and also the alternator. My question is, how much and what of the old wiring can I surgically remove? Specifically, smog stuff I guess.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Save the trouble bundle it up neat and run it all through your fenders . No one will see it and you can move on to the fun stuff.

hey chris how did you hook up the tach? also are you any where portland oregon? I would love to come and check out your truck and if you need it turn a wrench or two.

I am in the planning stage right now of the swap.

so any insight would be great.

I agree with aintscared and push the extra into the fender or tuck it up under the dash somewhere.
