Scored a Used Norcold 34gt freezer! !!!!!!

OK - I bough this Norcold 34qt ac/cd sight unseen. Wiped it out, blew the dust off and pluged it in - an hour later the tempature was reading 14 degrees!

Plan to sand and paint - maybe order a replacement lid!

Used Marine gear shop - It came off a boat. Just a fluke they had one.

I did try and bid on one on Ebay the other day - It went for $286.

It's been running for about three hours now and my temp gadge reads 17 degrees, I'll see how it runs overnight.

Well after many hours of sanding and cleaning the Norcold up, here is what it looks like.
It runs great, just a little rattle from the compressor.

I finally visited the Whole Foods World Headquaters today. They have a walk in refrigerated beer isle. It's very cool!!!!

Just some updated pictures...

This is how much room the 34gt Norcold will take up in the back of a cruiser. I do have a trail/storage box behind the seat..it's aboout 12 inches deep. And on the left is a 12inch sub woofer. You can also see how much beer..I mean food and ice, that will fit in the 34qt.

Currently it is hard wired to tmy second battery, and not bolted down..I've just been lazy. Have taken the truck wheeling and the cooler never moved.
