I've been sandblasting the frame and underside of the body. PO had the underside coated with bedliner and it was peeling off in certain sections. Did the back half of the truck no problem. When I got in front of the doors and was doing the wheel wells and frame, anytime I touched the frame, wheels, anything metal, I kept getting shocked. Once I got shocked I could touch the frame right afterwards and wouldn't get shocked again but after a minute of blasting I'd get zapped again. Didn't happen at all when doing the back half of the truck. Once I stopped sandblasting, no more shocks. I have a 3-5 gallon bucket sandblaster I bought are HF. No power to it, just compressed air. Couldn't figure out what was causing it.

Static electricity. Anytime fluids move static can build up. Lots of small air planes burnt to the ground because of plastic fuel cans.

Hunt for Red October "Don't touch him - the rotators are putting out enough electricity to light up Chicago" or something like that.
