Thanks Michael, it was great to talk to other cruiser owners(not to mention pick their brains). Can't wait till the next one. If you do break out the BBQ I will help with the grilling.

Big thanks to Mike for hosting and the SD crews for helping me get to know my 80 better. Thanks all and looking forward to meet again.

Great Day Mike!!

Amazing to see so many oil burners in one place.
I Remember 20 years ago when most cruiser owners did not
even know Toyota made diesel engines!

Cant wait until the next event.

Steve

Thanks a bunch, Michael. That was fun.

Always cool to meet some new people and see some cool cruisers.

I was a little dehydrated from all the drooling, but I am recovering nicely.

Thanks for the die cast too. I will find a nice place in my den to display that.

Cheers to all!

Brian

Yes, big thanks to the organizers and to everyone who brought all those cool rigs! It was sure worth the drive from Los Angeles!

Nice to meet some new faces behind the avatars!

What a great time! Thanks to Michael for putting this event on. I can't wait for more like it. It was really nice to meet and chat with you guys. Next time I won't forget my camera....:bang:

Great time and prices

Mike put on a great showing! I can't wait for the next one, I will have to drive the 40 up for it. Trying to fit all my new additions in the back of a Audi A4 was interesting. Temecula Tim cam through big with my purchases from him.........yes I am Jake from Oceanside! I wish I could have stuck around longer. GREAT TIME!!

Great swap meet.

Mike thanks for doing this and sharing all your TOY's! It was a pleasure meeting all of you. See you at the next one.

Thanks to everyone who showed up :D
Special thanks to Jan and Bruno for helping me get things setup for the event, you guys are the best.

First let me apologize for the not having the food, the guy cancelled last minute . I know it is one thing to not have food, most bring food but when I tell you we are having food and then don't have any I know left some of you pretty hungry, so I truly am sorry, that will not happen again.

We had about 50 people show up to sell stuff and about 50 people show to buy and check things out, so I would say it was a success and really shows that we have enough cruiserheads (and Toyota heads) in the San Diego area to justify and support these events.

Special thanks to those of you that came down from LA area and beyond I know it's not so much the distance as the drive from LA to San Diego:eek: and it does not go unnoticed.

We had a few Vendors/business owners show up at well: Steve from Owens Exports, Mark from Mark's Offroad, and John from San Diego Trux.

We also had members from the local Club Beach-n-Toys show up, even a few lifetime members, it was gret to catch up :D

Here are some pictures from the event, if you have some please send them to me and I will post them with these ones:

I have good news for everyone, I will continue to have this event and as of right now I am planning to have another one later this year.:bounce::bounce2::cheers::clap:
I have ask folks at the event to please give me some feedback on what we can improve. I already got the food one, and promise we will have food next time. We also will make some more room for visitor/buyer parking and organize the selling setup a little better. But I am sure you have more thoughts so please share them to we can continue to improve on the event.

Cheers,

Michael

It was good too meet a few cruisersheads and I learned a lot of things that will definitely help my wrenching in the future. Thanks to all for hosting the event and for letting me check out your rides. I showed up a bit late, and had the 351 ford Fj40. Definitely looking forward to the next time, and it was good to meet all the folks! Cheers.

Mark

Keif here, just wanted to say Thanks for hosting such a great event! I don't think I even met half the people who where there and I came late but had a good time, saw some awesome cruisers and met some great people. Thanks too for all who offered advice on my rig. Now that I've got her running again and passed smog I'm ready to tackle the next set of issues. Clutch/tranny & Rust!
Cheers

Next time lets have a Gopher Hunt!!
Can we shoot guns in Ramona? :D

I have to take the blame on this one. I had a friend that was going to show up with his new food truck but his vinyl wrap wasn't done. He literally canceled at 8 pm Friday night. So don't blame Michael, blame Mike...
Again... I'm sorry Michael!

Mike

Thanks Michael- it was a great event none the less:cheers:

My garage gets roomier after each event:D. Just wish I could have stayed a little longer.
