Hello Everyone,

Sorry about not having the swap meet yet, business has been keeping me very busy.

So no more thinking about it, West Coast Cruisers is going to have it and I am thinking the first Saturday in February which is February 5th 2011. I could not see anything else going on that weekend in the way of events but if I missed something please let me know.

I will provide the facility, including bathrooms some food lot spots to setup your stuff to sell, this will be Toyota stuff and Toyota related stuff.

I will have all of my collection on site to check out, we will also have a section if you have a Cruiser for sale you want to put on display, perhaps a raffle.

I am not charging anything if you want a spot to sell stuff however I will need folks to register ahead so I make sure we have room and you have a spot. So lets say pre-registered folks get mention in shameless plugs for the event and a garanteed spot. If you just show up with stuff to sell you get a spot if one is left.

I am not going to do any building sessions during this it is about getting stuff and getting rid of stuff and just having a good time with other cruiser (and Toyota) people.

SO what am I forgetting about, or what else should I have going on?

Thanks,

Michael

Looking forward to this.

I plan on attending unless work has me traveling.

Hey Everyone,

Just and update, we will be having some door prizes, as well as some non related Cruiser stuff for sale as well, some electronics stuff. I was asked the question if I was taking a hard line on what is sold at the swap meet.

My answer is NO I am not taking a hard line, if you don't own a toyota and show up wanting to sell something else, then that would be a poblem, but if you have Toyota parts to sell and some other unrelated stuff as well, then no problem :D

Also as I think I mentioned before if you are looking to sell your Toyota bring it over we will have a seperate area for Toyota vehicles for Sale.

Still working on getting some local Cruiser Vendors to show up.

Thanks,

Michael

Hey if you have a Toyota vechile you are trying to sell, be sure to bring it to the San Diego Swap Meet. We will have a special area sectioned off just for those that are selling vechiles. So if you have a Cruiser or Pickup (or any of the Toyota family) feel free to bring it and show it off, get some free publicity for you vehicle.

Cheers,

Michael

Hello Mud,

Well I have more information regarding the swap meet. I was planning on firing up the BBQ for the event but a friend called the other day and say they have a friend with a Gourmet food truck and could they show up and sell food. I told them hell yes it would save me time and effort. I have not gotten the details yet but looks promissing.

So we will have food available at the event.

We also weill have Soda and Water at the event (I am providing that)

Cheers,

Michael

Not sure if you want or need anything, and don't have anything to sell. So why show up....

How about to see the largest 7x series collection of diesels in one area probably anywhere in the country :D

HZJ79
HZJ75
HZJ76
HZJ77
BJ70 (s)
BJ42
BJ70 Ragtop
Orignal High Roof Diesel HJ60 Series
Diesel Converted 80 series with 1HZ

And that is just what I know about that will be at the Swap meet. If you have a diesel cruiser and you are anywhere in the area you have to show up and show off your rig, and if you don't have a diesel cruiser come and check them out :)

What does it coast to see these cool Cruisers....Nothing it is all free, all you have to do is show up

Cheers,

Michael
