At first glance it looks like an F engine vacuum retard distributor but it's definitely not. It's been modified to vacuum advance by installing a '75/'76 retard advancer - when vacuum is applied the breaker plate rotates CCW, advancing the timing. It's adjusted to provide a maximum vacuum advance of 10 distributor degrees. Check out my earlier thread for details.
