Just go to the toyota web page and click request a printed brochure (on the left, on the bottom). I got mine months ago.

stoped by the dealership.
they had #2, which is labeled as ''fall of 2006'', so it must have been around awhile.

seems they reffered to the ''old fjs'' less than in first version. that should help to clear up some of the confusion.
there's a even a pic of two heeps in it.
