Did the conversion a few weeks ago. Took quite a bit of time re-engineering some of the angles involved, but the finished results were awesome.

No drop in the relay rod due to 2.5" drop pitman arm and 1.5" raised knuckle arms [overthehill4x4]

Pitman arm only 3" forward of the main steering rod.

Nice slow ratio due to 4.25 turn SBX, shorter pitman arm, lengthened knuckle arms.

Pump sits on a custom bracket I fabbed onto the passenger side motor mount. This was the ONE thing that stalled this conversion more than anything else. I had tried to shoehorn in different FJ55 and FJ60 passenger mounts to use as a base for the pump, but there were persistant issues with the battery tray clearance and lower radiator hose.

The final solution was to fab a plate that stands approximately 3" above the apex of the mount [tabs extending up from the apex and from the brace that runs out to the frame mounting bolt. Plate was drilled to allow passage of the fuel line, notched to clear the radiator hose, and drilled with two oblong holes at the end closest to the battery tray for the actual pump mounting bracket [to allow fore and aft adjustment]

Pump came with it's own mounting brackets which allowed use of a Toyota alternator bracket [F type]. I shortened and rotated the stand of the alt bracket to split the difference between the battery tray and the radiator hose. This configuration allowed for the maximum amount of rotation of the pump to keep the belt tensioned.

Sorry for the poor quality pic: I've had virtually no puter time in the last 3 weeks.

Someone called about this yesterday. Bump.

Looks like the Volvo 240 pump and bracket assembly. I believe i am using the same pump and bracket on the 3fe in approx the same location. Just in case someone needs more tech on this below is a link that has a pretty decent picture of the pump and the bracket that comes with it.
Also in case anyone is wondering, most of the time there is a decent york compressor just below the power steering pump one can grab at the same time.
